Building on successful working examples in Peru and Ecuador EcoDecisión is supporting dissemination of best practices, capacity building, replication and scaling up of watershed protection initiatives in the region, including water funds and other mechanisms to protect watersheds, water quality and flow. EcoDecision has consolidated a specialist team as well as practical tools and methodologies to help policy makers and implementers design their initiatives and to evaluate their biophysical effectiveness, financial performance and organizational development.
